Abstract: Devin's Rec Room opened in January 2024 with $200,000 from the Onondaga County, N.Y. opioid settlement grant. Operated by a personal trainer whose son died from an opioid overdose in 2001, the Syracuse facility stayed open for the first year with a budget of $150,000. We interviewed founder/owner Henry Brigham and his wife Barbara about how the program operates.
