Abstract: In legal practice, legal errors are often encountered. Often in the qualification of crimes. Each criminal act must be properly reflected in the legislative act. The correct application of criminal law and compliance with the principle of legality depend on it. The considered type of crime as fraud, despite its long existence, has certain errors in legal norms. The object as one of the elements of the crime has an important role in determining a specific crime.
