Pharmacokinetic and pharmacodynamic evaluation of alternative pomalidomide dosing regimens in the treatment of multiple myeloma
Year: 2025
Type: article
Abstract: Standard pomalidomide dosing (4 mg/day for 21 of 28 days) achieved the most robust pharmacokinetic (PK) and pharmacodynamic (PD) effects. Daily dosing with pomalidomide 2 mg is a safe alternative for patients at risk of toxicity; alternate-day dosing was less effective.
