Abstract: To investigate the effect of preoperative oral cleansing training on postoperative wound healing after implant surgery in the aesthetic zone,to increase the success rate of the surgery, and to improve the patient's treatment experience. 68 patients who attended our hospital for aesthetic zone implant surgery from March 2023 to March 2024 were selected. They were randomly divided into a study group and a control group according to the different nursing protocols. control group: routine oral hygiene instruction. Experimental group: using oral cleaning training model, personalized oral cleaning methods were carried out, patients were instructed to carry out oral cleaning training 6 weeks before surgery, and the plaque index was evaluated one week before surgery, and implant surgery was performed if the index was <20%; early healing indexes, pain scores, and the complication rate of patients in the two groups were compared and analyzed. The pain score and complication rate of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group after treatment between the two groups (P<0.05), while the early healing index was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). Through preoperative oral cleansing training, aesthetic zone implant patients can promote early wound healing, reduce postoperative adverse reactions, increase the success rate of surgery, and improve the patient's treatment experience.
