Abstract: An in-depth knowledge of the anatomy of the atrioventricular and ventriculo-arterial junctions of the heart is necessary for the safe implementation of transcatheter approaches for electrophysiological and structural intervention. In the second part of this review, the ventriculo-arterial junctional areas are revisited from the perspective of their anatomy.
