Abstract: Y-configuration stent deployment strategies for aneurysms with complex configurationare well recognized, with and without subsequent coil placement. Delivery of flow diverters in this configuration has no precedent in the literature and may be a viable alternative when feasible. A case is presented in which this configuration for a complex anterior cerebral artery aneurysm was achieved, with subsequent successful aneurysm closure.
