Tonsillar Olfactory Neuroblastoma With Cervical Node Involvement: A Rare Case and Literature Review

Abstract: We report the first case of tonsillar olfactory neuroblastoma with cervical lymph node involvement. The patient underwent induction chemotherapy followed by concurrent chemoradiotherapy, achieving complete remission. This case highlights the diagnostic challenges and therapeutic approach for this rare ectopic ONB.
