Future Work Propensity: A Proposed Alternative to Purely Statistical Models of Worklife Expectancy
Year: 2011
Type: article
Abstract: The authors propose an alternative to purely statistical models of work-life expectancy. The concept of Future Work Propensity is introduced as a method that combines quantitative and qualitative data analysis methods to arrive at a "range of reality" with respect to future work participation.Literature support is provided with respect to hybrid methods to enhance opinion validity through the application of clinical judgment.Twelve domains of data are proposed that are theorized within an economic supply and demand model.
