Abstract: Raman amplification serves as a powerful technique for selectively enhancing optical signals within specific spectral bands, offering broad potential in high‐power laser systems, optical communications, and nonlinear frequency conversion. Pump–Stokes misalignment under temporal delay conditions has a pronounced impact on energy conversion, while the underlying pulse dynamics remain insufficiently understood. In this work, an adaptive temporal synchronization phenomenon observed in delayed Raman amplification is reported. Both numerical simulations and experimental results reveal that the Stokes pulse autonomously drifts toward the pump peak, leading to enhanced energy transfer even in the presence of a significant initial delay. Using diamond as the Raman medium, a maximum single‐pulse Stokes energy of 3.69 mJ, a pulse width of 17.8 ns, and a conversion efficiency of 17.03% is achieved. Based on these findings, a delay‐tolerant Raman amplification scheme is proposed that exploits this adaptive synchronization effect. The scheme employs periodic operation alternating between Raman and energy‐level gain stages, thereby enhancing overall efficiency through pump recycling without the need for active delay control. This work provides a new strategy for robust, self‐synchronizing nonlinear amplification in advanced laser systems.
