Abstract: Welcome to the fourth issue of the Journal of Cartilage & Joint Preservation (JCJP) in 2025! As your new Co-Editors-in-Chief, it is our honor to follow the footsteps of 2 remarkable predecessors, Dr Fortier and Dr Frank. The inaugural Editor-in-Chief, Dr Lisa Fortier laid an incredible foundation of this prestigious journal, and Dr Rachel Frank, who guided the journal over the past 4 years, lead to new levels of growth and recognition in the orthopedic field. We are dedicated to work with the entire editorial team to continue building the reputation of this journal as a leading journal on cartilage regeneration and joint preservation, and are passionate about the mission of JCJP and ICRS—to advance science and education on cartilage and joint preservation.
