Abstract: We developed a quality improvement project (QIP) switching neonates with culture-negative early onset sepsis (EOS) on the postnatal ward from intravenous to oral antibiotics, reducing length of stay (LOS).We report our findings and QI experience in accordance with SQUIRE (Standards for Quality Improvement Reporting Excellence) 2.0 reporting guidelines.
