Abstract: Summary Recent data presented at ASCO 2025 highlighted important advances in the treatment of ovarian cancer. The results of three key studies—TRUST, FIRST, and ROSELLA—provide new insights into optimal surgical strategies, the emerging role of immunotherapy, and novel systemic treatment options for platinum-resistant disease. This review summarizes these findings and discusses their potential impact on clinical practice.
