Abstract: Variation of the main branches of the abdominal aorta is not uncommon and its spectrum is broad. However, here we present the supradiaphragmatic origin of the coeliac artery, superior mesenteric artery, and bilateral renal arteries - a variation that has not been reported previously in the literature.
