Immune Checkpoint Inhibitor-Associated Uveitis: Predictors and Survival Impact
Year: 2025
Type: article
Study design: Observational Study
Abstract: In 5966 patients treated with immune checkpoint inhibitors, uveitis was rare (0.49%) but linked to combination therapy, greater cumulative exposure, and prior uveitis. Uveitis occurrence was correlated with longer survival, suggesting heightened systemic immune activation.
