Abstract: LGA), splenic (SA) and CHA [2].In approximately 55% the CHA splits into right gastric artery (RGA), gastroduodenal artery (GDA), and PHA [3].The PHA then splits into a right and a left branch (which supply the eight liver segments).Variations of hepatic arteries (HAs) and the CT are common and have been frequently described by multiple authors (e.g., Adachi, Michels).Adachi analyzed CT-variations in 252 Japanese cadavers and defined six distinct types comprising 28 forms.Michels [4] established a classification system of HA with ten types (Fig. 1). Case ReportDuring routine dissection course for undergraduate medical students, we observed the coexistence of three variant HA in an 86-year-old German female body donor (ethanoland-formaldehyde-fixation) who died of cardiac failure: an aberrant common hepatic artery (ACHA), an berrant right hepatic artery (ARHA) (both from the superior mesenteric artery [SMA]), and an aberrant left hepatic artery (ALHA) from the LGA (Figs. 1D, 2, 3).The study was conducted in Case
