Abstract: This column shines a spotlight on success stories from the field of environmental public health. These stories enable us to learn from our peers and provide an avenue to incorporate successful programs, innovative solutions, and unique approaches to our own programs and initiatives. In this issue’s column, the authors outline how they created and launched an employee mentoring program using a collaborative process.
