Abstract: This study was conducted in Tunisia in the post-revolution context. It is based on the corporate social responsibility (CSR) analysis framework. Its objective is to classify the CSR behaviors of the two companies according to this analytical framework by trying to answer the following question: How do the individual and collective actors caught in this post-revolutionary dynamic perceive the situations and orient their behavior in relation to CSR? The research is interpretive, with a qualitative methodology based on the study of two business cases. The results show the existence of CSR ‘hybrid’ forms not identified in the Gond matrix (2011) and represent crossed and intermediate CSR configurations between those highlighted by Gond (Citation2011). These CSR configurations are due to the post-revolutionary context that rehabilitated the union actor within these Tunisian companies, which allowed them to change the conception and CSR behavior of the organization as a whole (individual and organizational levels).
