Abstract: Golgi-condensing drugs enhance cell migration in human gastric cancer cell lines with fragmented Golgi. Representative optical images of cell migration in the wound healing assay (upper) and quantitative graphs showing the percentage of wound closure (lower, n = 6 each) in SNU1967 and MKN74 cells treated with Golgi-condensing drugs (100 nM lanatoside C, 100 nM digoxin, 1 μM digoxigenin, 1 μM digitoxigenin) for 24 h.
