Abstract: VSV-G transport through the Golgi is increased in human gastric cancer cell lines with condensed Golgi. Human gastric cancer cell lines transfected with GFP-tagged ts045-VSV-G (green) were incubated at 39 °C for 24 h and subsequently cooled to 32 °C. Immunofluorescence staining was performed at 15, 30, 45, and 60 min using the anti-GM130 (red) antibody. Representative images are presented. Scale bar, 5 μm.
