Abstract: •Both TriClip and PASCAL induced similar and significant acute tricuspid annular remodeling as assessed by three-dimensional transesophageal echocardiography.•Device design features, including independent leaflet capture and gripper/clasp geometry, may enable different intraprocedural approaches but result in similar overall geometric effects.
