Abstract: Intramyocardial dissecting hematoma (IDH), a rare complication of myocardial infarction, was investigated through two unique clinical cases in this study. We demonstrate echocardiography's pivotal role in emergency diagnostics by detailing its critical contribution to rapid identification. Furthermore, we propose a hypothesis regarding the anatomical subtypes of IDH, potentially offering new perspectives and insights into this rare cardiac condition.
