Clinical Management and Prognosis Analysis of Patients with Lung Cancer Treated by Photodynamic Therapy

Abstract: Objective To summarize the nursing experience of 26 patients with lung cancer before and after photodynamic therapy (PDT), and to promote it in clinic. Methods 26 patients who received photodynamic therapy (PDT) from February 2019 to May 2022 were selected. Routine nursing and psychological nursing were performed to evaluate the effect of treatment and complications. Results Effective psychological nursing has great nursing significance after photodynamic therapy. Conclusion Photodynamic therapy provides an effective method for malignant airway stenosis, especially for adenoid cystic carcinoma patients. But need to pay attention to the effective care before and after photodynamic therapy, especially the treatment of anxiety, fear, even after a long time to avoid light lead to depression, postoperative close observation and effective psychological care can avoid the occurrence of serious complications.
