Application of photodynamic therapy in immune microenvironment-related treatment of glioblastoma
Year: 2025
Type: article
Abstract: The development and metastasis of glioblastoma (GBM) are closely related to the structure and function of the tumor microenvironment (TME). In recent years, TME regulatory strategies have attracted much attention in cancer immunotherapy. Immune cells play an important role in anti-GBM, and photodynamic therapy (PDT) to promote the change of TME can improve the therapeutic effect of GBM. In this paper, the literature on PDT treatment of GBM in recent years was searched, which will provide reference for the treatment of PDT in GBM immune microenvironment.
