Abstract: Distal femur fractures present a surgical challenge due to high rates of varus collapse, nonunion, and delayed healing. In cases of severe bone loss, achieving stable fixation while promoting osteogenesis remains critical. The combination of dual plating with advanced bone substitutes may improve outcomes in complex supracondylar fractures.
