Study design: Case Report
Abstract: ABSTRACT: Angiomyxolipoma is an exceptionally rare variant of lipoma characterized by mature adipose tissue admixed with myxoid stroma and vascular elements. Herein, we report a rare case of infiltrative angiomyxolipoma in the neck region of a 55-year-old male. The swelling gradually increased over 18 months and was managed with surgical excision. Histopathology confirmed the diagnosis. The patient remains recurrence-free at 6 months. This report aims to highlight the diagnostic challenges and the importance of complete excision in managing such rare lipomatous tumors.
