Impact of Photon-counting CT–based Virtual Monoenergetic Imaging on Detecting Myocardial Late Iodine Enhancement Compared to Cardiac MRI
Year: 2025
Type: article
Abstract: Photon-counting detector CT delayed enhancement with virtual monoenergetic reconstructions at 50 keV had the best diagnostic performance and agreement with MRI when compared with other kiloelectron volt levels in detecting myocardial focal fibrosis and scars and characterizing scar patterns.
