Abstract: IntroductIonDental chairside procedures are often complex and cumbersome. This applies not only to the dentist performing the procedure but also mainly to the patient undergoing these procedures.Tooth preparation for fixed prosthesis is a common procedure in clinical practice, which requires skills in chairside patient management. This could be challenging, as long and complex chairside appointments increase the risk of errors, potentially leading to inadequate results, necessitating medication for better patient management.Unlike many human tissues, dental tissues, especially enamel, do not possess regenerative capacity. 1 Therefore, the removal of dental biological material should be planned and executed with maximum attention. The prolonged mouth opening required for full-arch rehabilitation, involving multiple tooth preparations, leads to significant patient discomfort and muscle fatigue, often resulting in jaw soreness and stiffness.Managing soft tissue structures like the tongue and cheeks further complicates the procedure, requiring precise control of tissue removal. 2 While four-handed dentistry can aid in efficiency, it may not always be feasible.3 Consequently, there is a pressing need for solutions that support two-handed dentistry while minimizing muscle strain and 1,
