Year: 2025
Type: article
Abstract: (Small China-mark; Arthropoda; Insecta; Lepidoptera; Crambidae). The genome sequence has a total length of 432.44 megabases. Most of the assembly (99.51%) is scaffolded into 28 chromosomal pseudomolecules, including the Z sex chromosome. The mitochondrial genome has also been assembled, with a length of 15.36 kilobases. This assembly was generated as part of the Darwin Tree of Life project, which produces reference genomes for eukaryotic species found in Britain and Ireland.
