ImmuneRegulation: A web based tool for identifying human immune regulatory elements
Year: 2019
Type: other
Abstract: ImmuneRegulation is an open-access web tool that enables exploration of immune regulatory elements in multiple cohorts. Users can interactively explore its massive repository in a single interface to identify associations between gene(s) of interest and their regulators. These regulators can explain cohort or cell type dependent genetic variations which may be critical in hypothesis generation. ImmuneRegulation currently provides the largest centrally integrated resource available in the literature on regulation of whole blood and blood cell types in a single, user-friendly web interface. ImmuneRegulation runs on all modern web browsers as it utilizes only standard libraries and does not necessitate any external plug-ins. Query Browser guides users to construct their queries properly; multiple curated queries are provided for users to gain familiarity; multiple tutorials help explain different functionalities. ImmuneRegulation is freely available at http://immuneregulation.mssm.edu .
