Abstract: Atrophoderma vermiculatum (AV) is a rare, benign skin condition characterized by the presence of small, symmetric, and often irregular depressions or atrophic patches with a “vermiculate” or “honeycomb” pattern. It is a localized cutaneous atrophy that presents during childhood or adolescence. This case report aims to describe AV’s clinical presentation and management with hybrid laser and discuss its pathogenesis and differential diagnosis.
