Case of severe preeclampsia

Abstract: We present a case of a 25-year-old primiparous woman with eclampsia imminens and hemolysis, elevated liver enzymes, and low platelet count (HELLP) syndrome, requiring a cesarean section. Through efficient collaboration between obstetricians, neonatologists, cardiologists, resuscitators and neurologists, a successful therapeutic outcome was achieved for both the mother and the newborn.
