Abstract: Medication-related osteonecrosis of the jaw (MRONJ) remains a significant clinical challenge due to its complex etiology and variable response to treatment. This prospective observational study evaluated the effectiveness of current management protocols in 130 patients receiving antiresorptive or antiangiogenic therapies. Patients were assessed clinically and radiographically and treated according to standardized stage-specific guidelines. Combined conservative and surgical interventions achieved better healing rates, symptom control, and improved quality of life over 12 months. These findings support ongoing refinement of stage-based MRONJ protocols to optimize therapeutic outcomes and patient care.
