Abstract: This article describes the current status and future development trends of mine hoist control systems. The growing market demand for hoists and the need for stable, uninterrupted operation ensure the practical application of this article. A permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) is used as the primary power source for the mine hoist. A MATLAB model is developed, using PID controllers to control the PMSM’Scheme 10. tons of CO2 from electricity consumption, this equates to a reduction of 300 to 800 tons per year.
