Abstract: The research focuses on the conditions of obligation in Hajj. It begins by examining the general conditions of obligation in Hajj. Then، it addresses the condition of Islam as a prerequisite for Hajj، analyzing the topic through a comparative jurisprudential study. The research includes the evidence for each opinion، followed by an assessment of the most likely correct view. The study concludes with a summary of the main findings، as well as the sources and references used.
