Abstract: Telemedicine visits across medical specialties and subspecialties have been expanding steadily alongside burgeoning technology and increasing technological access; however, there has been a dramatic acceleration in recent months due to the need to provide healthcare services while minimizing face-to-face contact and mitigating the spread of the novel coronavirus. This increasingly prominent modality of healthcare service impacts life care planning considerations for evaluees who may benefit from, or are already be receiving, telehealth services. Specific considerations to the limits and values of telehealth services for evaluees, including the technology required for implementation, will be discussed.
