Abstract: There is no research on how life care planners adopted or changed their delivery of remote services during the 2020-2021 pandemic or the permanency of any these changes. The purpose of this study is to: 1) collect data on the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on remote life care planning practice; 2) capture remote assessment practices and develop Best Practice recommendations for contemporary delivery of services at a distance; and 3) obtain stimulus qualitative data to develop close-ended questions as a basis for future longitudinal studies on remote life care planning.
