Abstract: مستخلص البحثتناول هذا البحث موضوع "دور اتفاقية التربس في حماية حقوق الملكية الفكرية وعلاقتها بصناعة الدواء" من خلال مبحثين رئيسيين، المبحث الاول اتفاقية التربس لحقوق الملكية الفكرية وعلاقتها بصناعة الدواء ويتضمن عدة مطالب، ونتناول، المبحث الثاني: مشكلات تطبيق اتفاقية التربس على صناعة الدواء في مصر، ويتضمن عدة مطالب، ثم يتضمن في نهاية البحث الوصول الي النتائج والتوصيات.Summary of the researchThis research dealt with the topic “The role of the TRIPS Agreement in protecting intellectual property rights and its relationship to the pharmaceutical industry” through two main sections. The first topic is the TRIPS Agreement for Intellectual Property Rights and its relationship to the pharmaceutical industry, and it includes several demands. The second section discusses: the problems of applying the TRIPS Agreement to the pharmaceutical industry in Egypt. It includes several requirements, and then at the end of the research it includes arriving at the results and recommendations.
