Simultaneous determination of codeine phosphate, ephedrine HCl, Chlorphenamine Maleate, and phenylephrine HCl by RP-HPLC method

Abstract: A simple and sensitive HPLC method has been developed for the simultaneous determination of Codeine phosphate(CDPH), Ephedrine HCl(EPHD),Chlorphenamine Maleate(CPM) and Phenylphrine HCl(PHPH) by using of Phenyl groups column ( 250mm×4.6mm,5µm) (L11) and isocratic mobile phase of Methanol : Ammonium acetate (0.1M) 5:95(v/v) containing 50 mg of Triethylamine hydrochloride, and pH adjust to 3.5, It is detected at256 nm and 35ºC. Rec% (95.1809-105)%, RSD% ( 0.00009-0.0801)% , limit of Detection (LOD) was( 0.00041-0.00364)µg/mL and limit of quantification (LOQ) was (0.00136-0.01214 )µg/mL.
