Abstract: Research Design at university of Karbala , 60 adult male rats, aged 9 to 12 weeks and weighing between 190 and 315 grams, were used, divisions to 10 group (G1 The control just received 0.85% saline solution , G2 : 1000 mg of paracetamol and 0.2 mg of Ag Nano , G 3 : injection of 0.5 mg of Ag Nano +1000 mg of paracetamol , G4: 0.8 mg of Ag Nano + 1000 mg of paracetamol , G5 5: 1000 mg of paracetamol + 0.2 mg of Au Nano ,G6 : 0.5 milligrams of Au Nano + 1000 mg of paracetamol , G 7 :0.8 mg of Au Nano +1000 mg of paracetamol , G 8 : 100 mg flavonoid compound + 1000 mg of paracetamol , G9 : 200 mg of total flavonoid compound + 1000 mg of paracetamol. G10: 1000 mg of paracetamol .given intravenously, Results indicate the treatment (G10 1000 mg of paracetamol) have effect a significant increase at MDA , LPO enzyme concentration compared to (G1), Treatments (G2 to G9) showed a significant decrease compared to G10. While GPX , SOD and ALT concentration in (G10) significant decrees When compared to control ( G1) .
