This research concludes that elementary schools need to manage and develop curricula, prepare regulations governing the use and availability of infrastructure to implement digital literacy, integrate technology into learning activities, and provide an understanding of digital ethics. The research recommends that elementary schools implement a digital literacy-based curriculum continuously, integrated, and collaborating with universities to assist in curriculum management and the Indonesian government needs to make a digital literacy-based curriculum development policy so that elementary schools have a clear and measurable barometer in managing the curriculum.
