Abstract: We demonstrate a wafer-scale fabricated, Erbium-doped DBR laser on a$\text{Si}_{3} ~\mathrm{N}_{4}$chip ($50 \text{mm}^{2}$footprint) with 2.05 mW fiber-coupled output power and 130 Hz linewidth, achieving high performance in a compact design.
