Abstract: The goal of this workshop is to bring together researchers from computer science, computational structural biology, artificial intelligence (AI), and bioinformatics to explore advancements in biological structure modeling and analysis, particularly at the molecular level. The workshop will cover both AI-based and classical computational approaches to structure discovery, addressing challenges and opportunities arising from the rapid accumulation of biological data and advancing our understanding of biophysical phenomena. It will provide a platform for discussing emerging methods and their practical applications, with a special emphasis on AI-driven innovations in structural biology.
