Abstract: In the published version of the above article, Appendix 5 describes a real-time RT-PCR test adapted from Saponari et al. (2008).In Paragraph 2 'Methods', a footnote under the Master Mix table specifies that the 'iScript™ reverse transcriptase Supermix (Biorad)' is no longer commercially available.However, this applies to the 'iScript™ One-step RT-PCR kit for Probes (Biorad)'.The 'iScript™ reverse transcriptase Supermix (Biorad)', originally provided with the kit, can be purchased separately.Therefore, the footnote is modified accordingly.The corrected version of Appendix 5 is shown below:
