Abstract: Ni-based composites are a class of high-performance materials with promising applications in various fields due to their outstanding comprehensive properties. Of particular significance, the aerospace industry imposes stringent requirements on these materials, demanding a balance of high strength, ductility, and thermal stability. Herein, CNTs and GNPs were uniformly coated on GH3536 alloy powder through a ball milling process, and composite samples were subsequently fabricated using Laser Powder Bed Fusion (L-PBF) technology. This study investigates the effects of dual-phase reinforcement on the microstructure and mechanical properties of the GH3536 matrix. The results demonstrate that the addition of CNTs and GNPs significantly reduces cracks and porosity, leading to a notable improvement in the material's density. At room temperature, the 0.2 wt% GNPs-0.2 wt% CNTs/GH3536 composite sample exhibited a tensile strength of 994 MPa and an elongation of 42.32 %. Compared to monolithic GH3536, the tensile strength increased by approximately 20.5 %, and the elongation was enhanced by a remarkable 39.2 %. The 0.3 wt% GNPs-0.3 wt% CNTs/GH3536 composite achieved the maximum tensile strength of 1062 MPa, a 28.7 % increase compared to pure GH3536, with an elongation of 34.31 %. The high-temperature tensile strength at 900 °C was 306.91 MPa with an elongation of 27.44 %, both showing improvement compared to as-built GH3536. This work provides valuable insights into the preparation and application of high-performance GH3536 nanocomposites.
