Abstract: Ovarian mixed germ cell tumors are a relatively rare type of reproductive system malignancy. The initial symptoms typically include abdominal pain, bloating, and pelvic masses, primarily affecting children and adolescents. Ultrasound remains the primary imaging modality for ovarian tumors, usually showing solid hypoechoic masses with abundant blood flow within the adnexal region. This article focuses on a case report of a teenage patient with an ovarian mixed germ cell tumor complicated by hepatic metastasis.
