Abstract: Ultrasound-guided sphenopalatine ganglion block presents a promising, minimally invasive intervention for patients with drug-refractory allergic rhinitis. This case demonstrates its potential to achieve significant symptom relief and quality-of-life improvement with a favorable safety profile, offering an alternative when conventional pharmacotherapy fails.
