Abstract: ABSTRACT Candida tropicalis is an emerging human pathogen associated with oral candidiasis. In the current study, we report the draft genome sequences of two C. tropicalis isolates that were associated with multidrug resistance and outbreaks in different hospitals in Karbala province, Iraq.
