[原著］播種性血管内凝固症候群(dic)の早期診断のための凝固緑溶系パラメーターの検討

Abstract: Some molecicular parameters of coagulation and fibrinolysis were examined to make early diagnosis of disseminated intravascular coagulation(DIC). Among 30 patimts with DIC, those who had prolonged prothrombin time(PT) and decreased fibrinogen(Fbg) were poor prognosis. Fibrin & fibrinogen degradation products(FDP) and fibrin monomer test (FM test) were useful for diagnosis of DIC. D-dimer, FDP-E and fibrino-peptide B $ \beta $_<15-12> were also useful for the confirmation of DIC. It was suggested that PTand Fbg were not useful for the early diagnosis of DIC, but for the prognostic factor of DIC.
