Abstract: This study aims to analyze the accessibility of healthcare services for the elderly, mothers, and children in the Suku Laut community in Bintan Regency. Utilizing a qualitative approach, the research identifies factors influencing access to healthcare services, including geographical, social, and economic conditions. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with community members and healthcare providers. The findings indicate that limited transportation, inadequate healthcare facilities, and a lack of understanding of the importance of healthcare services are the main obstacles. The study suggests the need for government and non- governmental organization interventions to improve access to and quality of healthcare services for the Suku Laut community.
