Abstract: The project of OR serial reports aims to interpret the theory of observational relativity (OR), the theory of OR for short, in the form of a series of reports. The theory of OR or OR monograph titled The Theory of Observational Relativity: Unifying Newton and Einstein (published by Beijing University of Technology Press, June 2024; International Standard Book Number: ISBN: 978-7-5639-8668-22024.6) consists of two parts: the 1st volume, Inertially Observational Relativity (IOR), stating the relativistic effects of matter motion in inertial spacetime; the 2nd volume, Gravitationally Observational Relativity (GOR), stating the relativistic effects of matter interaction in gravitational spacetime. The theory of OR has generalized Newton’s classical mechanics and Einstein’s relativity theory, unifying the two great theoretical systems of human physics in the same theoretical system under the same axiom system. The OR theory contains a huge amount of information.
